We understand that to be successful, every one of our associates must balance family, civic, personal, and professional commitments. We also understand that no two individuals are alike in their goals or their work-life balance needs. Therefore, we offer our associates:
- Flexible scheduling for full-time associates
- Flexible work arrangements, including part-time or busy season only opportunities
- Competitive benefits and compensation package
- Generous paid vacation and holiday time
To ensure the long-term success of our people and to meet the goals of our firm, we proactively promote individual development. To achieve this, we utilize a formal process of career planning and feedback. We have identified critical competencies and contributions necessary to drive the success of each individual, each team, and of the firm. We provide formal and informal feedback, discussion, coaching, and mentoring throughout the year. Through this process, we make certain that each associate has the tools necessary for individual and team achievement and success. Additionally, we are committed to helping associates develop and progress in the unique firm specialty areas fitting them best. Whether your interest is in a technical specialty or an industry-specific subject, we tailor your individual training and education to help you advance and meet the needs of your clients and your team.
In addition, we encourage participation in business and civic organizations as an integral part of being a professional. The firm encourages staff members to write articles for publication and to speak to various professional, business, and civic organizations. Contributing to the growth and development of our practice is an important part of every professional’s role at RJ Pile. In addition to meeting client needs, you receive coaching, training, and mentoring to expand the business development skills needed to advance your career with Pile CPAs.
Founded in 1938, we have a history of working to improve our community. Many of our clients have grown with Pile CPAs all of our 75 years. Collectively, we also provide volunteer service to over 60 non-profit organizations. Many of our associates serve on boards, committees or as volunteers to organizations throughout Central Indiana. Our commitment to the community includes providing ample time to service civic, arts, or professional organizations in our area.
