How we serve varies greatly. Each associate is encouraged to find a cause that motivates them to be involved, and then utilize their talents to meet the needs of the organization. Our directors and associates serve on boards, volunteer on committees, and provide labor for projects when they are needed. By donating our time to help further the mission of each organization served, we believe we gain valuable new experience and develop associates who are well-rounded members of the community.

What kind of training program do you have?
Following a formal week of orientation, Pile CPAs provides extensive in-house on-the-job, and external training. Training includes 40 or more hours of CPE, additional professional development education focused on business, leadership and specialized skills and on-the-job mentoring and training.
Will I have to travel?
You will have minimal travel with Pile CPAs. Our clients are Indiana-based businesses and not-for-profit organizations. Travel to client sites is primarily local (Indianapolis and surrounding communities). Overnight travel is normally only necessary for CPE, with the exception of travel to a few clients located in Northern or Southern Indiana.

Pile CPAs clients are closely-held, Indiana-owned businesses. Most are manufaturers, construction companies, professinal service firms and not-for-profit organizations. They range in size from teh small business to clients with 100's of millions in annual revenue. You will have the ability to gain experience in many ares with a variety of clients and eventually, to specialize by service or industry niche.
